  My husband and I just closed on our very own condo and this was our first ever buying experience. Tom was wonderful to work with. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.   Tom Glover and Guaranteed Rate of Cincinnati recently helped my boyfriend and I get amazing rates for our new home mortgage. Since he is former military, Tom quickly navigated the processes required for a great veteran mortgage rate BEFORE our real estate search ramped up. We were therefore ready to both put a bid in immediately after seeing our amazing future home and let the sellers know that we had the ability to meet the bid price immediately (which is ESSENTIAL right now...make sure you are pre approved before you bid on that home!).
