  Evan Wayne did a great job helping me get the right auto and home insurance set up. He was able to get me better coverage with an extra vehicle for almost the same as what I was paying. I would definitely recommend you give Evan a call if you haven't tried to get a better deal on insurance lately! 10/10

  Fantastic service, always helpful! Shopped around just to be curious and talked to Evan with Tom Conklin State Farm. I saved money and in the 7 months I've been a customer I have had no complaints! Yesterday, Evan called me to just check up and see how I was doing during this time of chaos. No other insurance agent would do that. And I think that speaks volume to their service and shows how much they care.

  The employees are very friendly and always put there best foot forward! Evan helped me out with a Renters quote and everyone in the office was so nice and willing to assist! Can't wait to go back again in the future!

  I love my State Farm Insurance office in Macomb, Il. Not only is it a small town, personal office, they really go out of their way to assist you with your insurance needs. Recently I had a deer run into my car for the first time in my life! Thank goodness I wasn't going very fast - i generally am ever so cautious where we live, as deer are everywhere (I know i may make people upset who are driving behind me, but i don't care). The deer got up and ran, it was ok, but just that small impact created over $2,000 of damage in a blink of an eye. I called State Farm immediately. It was after office hours, so someone was available on call to assist me. They were so helpful. The very next day, I asked if the office could help me take the pictures and submit them. Noel was so helpful. Long story short, State Farm paid everything on the claim! Thank you for being there for me! You guys ROCK!

  Daphne is always there to help me and explain our coverage, so easy to talk to. Having two boys with multiple cars I feel like I always have questions for her. Daphne understands family and how a Momma worries about her boys! She is definatley someone I trust!

  Tom has been a fantastic agent for me and my family. He always is there when I have a question or concern. No matter time of day he will pick up the phone to help. His office staff is very helpful and strives to make the insurance life as easy as possible. The thing I like most about Tom Conklin is he is not only my agent but a family and community supporter. Tom supports all the area communities he lives and works in. His dedication to his own family shows when dealing with mine. Tom has also helped me with financial advice and helping me plan for my future retirement. He knows the industry and market and is knowledgable about trends and ever so changing laws.
