  Tom was incredibly helpful and responsive. He was also flexible as we went from planning to purchase a condo in DC to buying a home in Boise, ID and Tom was with us through it all. He is always upbeat and positive which is refreshing during an uncertain process. Tom doesn’t have any lender fees for VA home loans too! As a veteran, I felt Tom cared about my family and our service and taking care of us. I highly recommend Tom!

  To put it simply, Tom Brassfield is a hero. I have done a number of loans through Tom over the last 25 years. Not only has he been the ultimate professional and seeking out the best deals and making sure my interests were taken care of, he has been able to deliver consistently, regardless of the complexity, within the timeframe needed. Never was this more the case then earlier this year when I needed a minor miracle done, and he came through once again. Tom is a man of integrity that in my opinion is the most competent loan specialist in the industry. That’s a pretty huge combination and I encourage anyone looking for a home mortgage or refi to give Tom a call. He’s the best!

  I would recommend Tom and his team to anyone looking to purchase a new home. They all made the process of getting a home loan very easy. He also provides $500 for your service at closing being a member of Homes for Heroes and BNC Bank forgives $1,095 in lender fees for VA borrowers. It was a great experience and I look forward to my new home.

  Tom is awesome, he made the VA loan process so easy for us. Even though we were moving to a new state, Tom walked us through the process every step of the way. Every time we spoke he was positive and helpful, I don’t know what we would have done without him. If you are looking for a good partner when financing a home, Tom is your guy. I’m so glad we found BNC. Also BNC Bank does not charge any lenders fees for all VA loans! We highly recommend Tom and BNC.

  Tom Brassfield was amazing! He helped us every step of the way through our home buying experience. All of our questions were answered and he made sure we understood what we needed to do. Even though most of our interaction was on the phone or through emails or texts, he made sure he showed up at our closing to personally make sure all went well. It was great to finally meet him in person. I highly recommend him.

  Tom was recommended to us by at the time my future boss. Tom worked with us in a somewhat complicated situation dealing with transitioning out of the military and moving to a new area/job; current pay, retirement pay and future income from new employer....There were times when we thought we will never close on time for my military style well coordinated move but Tom and his team made it happen.   Our home purchase did not go as smoothly as we hoped. It was surely a struggle. But I'm thankful to have had Tom and Laurie by our side and helping us work out the kinks. They could have easily said no we can't do anything further but they didn't. They stood by us and we all learned about the LAW! We are so great ful to both of them for putting in the hard work.
