  Marianne makes home buying feel effortless. She made herself available to us (often outside normal business hours) to ensure we could get loan approval letters out each time we attempted to buy a property. She explains every step thoroughly, makes herself available for any questions and has the very best relationship we could hope for with other parties involved in the processes such as the realtor, title company, appraiser, etc. She is the only agent we will work with now.

  Loan Depot closed the loan very quickly and very smoothly. I would recommend Marianne Jones to anyone who needed a loan in the future. The auxiliary support at the office was also very helpful. The notary arrived exactly on time while having to locate our difficult-to-find apartment.

  I was overwhelmed by the dependance on computers for every part of the transactions. Even though Donna was somewhat understanding, I felt that my questions were not answered. Today I intend to send more questions to her via my gmail account as I cant find my password for the to do list. Seems easy. I am certain were I 10 years younger, I would be more able to navigate your system.

  First of all donna dovall is such an wonderful person. My family is truly blessed to have met her, she is an angel here on earth send down by God to help people.   Ben Castro has been so great with us! He's helped us with our first loan with LoanDepot. Our experience and the service we received from him was so amazing, we wanted to come back to him for our re-fi. Since we are now going through the re-fi with him, he has helped us so much with understanding the process and he always puts us at ease since we trust him so much.
