  We were there for a complicated process with multiple transfers of titles. The woman that helped us was, patient, knowledgeable, resourceful and compassionate. I would highly recommend them... and would go out of my way to use their services again.

  I purchased a vehicle over a month ago from vanderlelys and had to go get my title. I walked in 11 minutes before closing and the lady who I assume was not the manager or owner there, was very nasty to me. She kept saying over and over again I need to leave. It takes a few minutes to do all the paper work. But she was hugging and puffing and giving me nothing but attitude. I would never treat someone like that. And here I am way over a month and still never received my title that I paid for with extra cause I used a debit card... that lady should not be working there period.

  This office is the best! Julie is so professional and knowledgeable. You can call the office and ask for information and advice on what you will need to complete the process. She is so willing to help and assist, such a pleasure dealing with this office.

  she closed early to go eat pizza I arrived 12 minutes before closing which I usually try not to do, but person purchasing my car drove 1 1/2 hrs and got stuck in some traffic. Not professional at all, I own and operate my own business and would never treat a customer the way I was treated
