  As a first time home buyer, Todd was INCREDIBLY helpful. I had a LOT of questions about the process and not once did he make me feel silly in asking any and all questions. He was also very timely with his response. With the market being as HOT as it is, his quick response was exactly what I needed to make quick decisions - which ultimately gave me peace of mind in the process. When our offer was finally accepted on a house, he was quick and persistent in getting all the necessary paperwork complete so we could achieve the target closing date. Would absolutely recommend Todd to friends and family.

  This was my worst closing /experience I have ever has. His team is dealing with one other person. This is not a team. I always try to us someone local but never again. 8 months of being told we are working on it. Then screwed up the entire thing. He did not listen was not helpful I suggest you look somewhere else. He could not get the amount I wanted right. Do not use him!!! Worst experience I have had to deal with. Do NOT use him and his team. Save yourself from having the worst experience.
