  Frank and his team Marcy and Erin are exceptional! A friend of mine introduced me to Frank, and I am SOOO glad he did because it was so easy to work with Frank and his team. They are very professional, efficient, quick and a pleasure to work with. From beginning to the end, the process was seamless and went without a hitch or delays. I wish all the people I deal with were as nice and efficient as they are! No matter what time or day of the week you email Frank with a question, you will receive a response within 5 minutes, even if it's Sunday late at night! This was extremely helpful because I need a pre-approval letter the following morning, and when I woke up, I see that Frank had emailed me the letter at 2 am :). It is not just his efficiency, but he makes you feel at ease and truly cares. He will email to check on your progress and provide encouraging words - especially when the whole process of home buying feels like a ZOO! If you are in the market for a home loan, I will highly recommend Frank and his team. You will never go wrong with these folks! They are AMAIZING!!!
