  Tobie Love is brilliant and a wealth of knowledge to her industry, she’s also dedicated and compassionate. She was the only mortgage broker, out of over 50 that said she would do everything she could to help me refinance my way out of a bad loan and an even worse modification. Tobie and her team fought for me, against an evil investor and servicer plus my personal ups and downs for almost 2 years and we won! I signed new loan docs last week on a fair 30yr fixed and saved my home. The gratitude I have for this group is unmeasurable.
