  I called to find out what I needed for a loan and the lady was VERY RUDE and had an attitude. When I asked for her name she hung up on me! When I called back they would not answer the phone. I then proceeded to call back and asked for name again and she said “I’ll be the only one here and if I’m not then anyone can help you out.” Do not recommend this place at all…if you act like that on the phone how will I be treated in person…

  Very friendly and personable staff. She was knowledgeable about the services provided, store hours locations and what services that each provided. It did take a little time to complete the process my first visit, but I'm sure that's to be expected.

  Today on May 24, 2019 the two ladies working there were very rude and treated us like suspects. One lady asked 'what kind of bank statement is that?' If you don't want to work somewhere then you may want to quit instead of providing poor customer service.

  I had to do a payday loan previously, and the African American beauty (short hair) working, went above and beyond to help me. The Smyrna location (also wonderful), had my info from previous dealings, but my needed info wasn’t pulling in the system correctly. She could have easily sent me away, telling me to get info needed, but she didn’t. She spent a bit more time with me, got the info needed, and I left happy and out of my predicament. This is not the only encounter I’ve had with her, and each time she’s been helpful, friendly, and went above & beyond to assist me with anything I’ve had trouble with. She is, hands down, the reason I’ll continue to go here, and will recommend this location (bc of her) to anyone. Thank you for all your help. You’re amazing! I saw the reviews, and disagreed with the comments being said, bc this has never been my experience, and I felt I must leave an accurate review of my experience. ALSO, SHAME ON THE LADY WHO CALLED SOMEONE A DYKE in her review (Elizabeth Worstall) Who cares what someone’s preference is, 1st of all. That has nothing to do with how one is treated. Secondly, how do you know? Did you ask? Did you make an assumption? Making assumptions only makes an ass out of you. 🤦🏼‍♀️ You shouldn’t have said that, regardless of your experience.

  This place is awesome and the guy who helped me out was really nice and understood what I was going through. Great customer service and I will never go to a big chain loan company again. Thanks guys.

  I have never had a problem with them when I go into the store. The managers are really nice, but the rotating door of employees are horrible. Dont try to call and talk to the staff, they are clueless and no help at all. I have to request a supervisor everytime I call, just to get answers to my questions.
