  Cartez has been pleasant both times I have worked with him. He did his best to get my personal loan approved with the paperwork I had. I was asked to come back with required paperwork. Dillard of the ACH dept wanted an extra document from my bank. I waited 90 minutes, having to sit through another woman get turned down. ONLY TO BE TOLD THE ACH DEPT WOULDNT ANSWER THEIR PHONES. There was 40 minutes left in the day but no obe was available to answer the phone???

  Excellent customer service. Very friendly staff and extremely helpful with the process. The was very clean and tidy. The store manager Tish was knowledgeable in answering any questions I had. I highly recommend this location.
