      I have to say Tim and Cody who I've worked with when applying for a loan have been EXCELLENT. The entire staff is very friendly and professional they make the loan process quick and easy.The store is always clean and the staff are always dressed as professionals.

      Sasha and Kodi are the greatest ladies ever. They better not ever leave the grandview store. Even when I pay my loan off I’ll still come see them because they are so nice!!!😊😊

      STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This used to be a good store. Then, around July 2018, they got a new manager named Tim. The customer service completely disappeared almost overnight. He is condescending, rude & unwilling to work with customers to get back on track. The only reason I gave them 1 star is because Google won't let me post a review if I give no stars or a partial star. IF I ever do business with TitleMax again, which is highly doubtful, it will NOT be at this location.

      A huge shout out to Kodi and Sasha! These ladies are very friendly and very willing to work with you provided you communicate with them!       Ran into a bit a bind from a house fire and couldn't any assistance from my dead beat family so went to title max after the commercial and went to the closest one for me which is in Grandview and they were understanding to my needs and loaned me what i needed to get my life functioning again! Will recommend! Funny bunch of folks there!👍👍
