  This office has always been full of extremely kind,gracious employees. That is,until the last week. I am late on my pymt,and promised to come in 2 days ago. Well,the truck I borrowed against is broken down,my phone was off all week, and I couldn't contact them. Today,with my phone on, I called to let them know they would get a pymt in full next Friday when I''m paid. The new rep was rude, obnoxious, and telling me she can't wait. Last Fri, I walked in there with my full pymt,wanting to refinance. She said no,so I paid rent instead.Today,it was "Great news! Pay $110 and we'll refinance!!" Uh,now I don't have the $. PLEASE get rid of her,or send her down to the ghetto where her attitude belongs! I told her I WILL Be in next Friday and if she can't wait, deal with it.And then I hung up on her.

  This establishment is in a league of it's own!!!! The new manager is a man of integrity and the customer service is impeccable. Wish I could rate more than 5 stars!

  The new manegement is very helpful and Friendly, the fact that they spoke spanish was an a plus. Customer service is very good!!!! most defenitely recomend this place .... service with a smile; Nice....
