  Fast, friendly. First time borrower and I couldn’t have asked for more. — Update... Changing my coerced original 5 stars. My loan was paid off 3 weeks ago and I still have not received my title back. Was told they would call me. After losing my patience I made a visit to the store just to be told that “they had received it back from Jeff City and scanned it along with the lean release, BUT my title wasn’t on premises and the woman who last touched it was on vacation.” I responded with I was never contacted , to which I got an apology. Still no title even though they received the loan payoff 3 weeks prior. NOT GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE

  I called this location over a year asking how the loan process worked. They were sooo patient answered all my questions, so when I actually needed a loan they were the first ones i called. Got my right in and walked out with check same day. Great staff and super helpful. Would recommend this location!!!

  I have dealt with both cody and Emily, love them both. They were love savers! Couldn’t have done it without them! Especially Emily for going above and beyond to help me out! She was the light at the end of the tunnel!

  I had always heard negative things about title loans, but when it came time that I needed fast cash, I was pleasantly surprised at how quick and easy it was! Britnie and the staff at the Hwy K office were very helpful & friendly, explained everything, and made the process painless. If you need a quick cash loan, I highly recommend TitleMax on Hwy K in O'Fallon. Also, if you do it right and pay it back quickly, the fees are reasonable.
