  Very honest people and helpful getting money fast. Dan stayed late to make sure that I didn’t have to take any time off of work. Considerate of all my needs to stay within my household budget. Highly recommended!!!

  I went to inquire about getting a tittle loan or a signature loan on 10/12/2021. The gentleman who waited on me took a very discouraging attitude from the moment I sat in the chair in front of him. He seemed totally disinterested in helping me find a loan or explaining the products offered by TitleMax. The experience seemed to be a total waste of both of our time so I explained that I would try another loan company and he made zero attempt to work with me . I left but returned before pulling out of the parking lot to ask for his business card. He gave me a card identifying himself as Daniel Wahlert. I proceeded to go to another loan agency about a block south of this location and received excellent customer service and was offered a loan. My issue with my experience at TitleMax is that Daniel showed zero interest in even attempting to help me see what I qualified for. It's perplexing to me that I go to another loan agency and give them the exact same information and within 10 minutes was offered a loan while my time at TitleMax netted me nothing but an aloof experience.

  Very friendly staff member! It was my first time taking out a loan, and she talked me through it all the way! We even had problems, and she was willing to stay over a little to help resolve them! Definitely recommend!

  Very efficient! Went in with 3 little kids running around they were extremely patient and friendly with my kids making me feel very comfortable during a stressful time. Highly recommend!

  Janice and Lori are amazing! They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome! They work hard and will do everything they can to help you secure a loan! I am so grateful to them for being there for me when I needed a little extra financial help! I highly recommend them!!! Great people!!!

  They really care about us as people. I appreciate all they do to help. Lori called the other day just to see if I was feeling better. I asked if my payment was late and she said no just wanted to check on me. How many businesses do that?
