  Please read contract thoroughly and ask them to explain everything in detail. Do not sign on your phone, ask for printed paperwork. Pay close attention to your credit score, they use a company that is not one of the major credit reporting agencies to give you a very low credit score. Then use the low score to Jack up your interest rate to over 215% in my case! My credit score on the major credit reporting agencies were 3 times the score they used for my loan. Don't let anyone tell you to look on the app they make you download to see your terms and conditions, after signing and leaving. It's almost impossible to read those fine print on your phone. Long and short, let them explain everything before signing.

  Clean office, great customer service the lady that handled my issue was extremely helpful and understanding. Would say I would be back but I honestly hope to never have to do this again lol. If you are in a bind though and need a little extra cash these people are great.

  Ms. Laura did her thang! Very friendly and courteous. Made it so much easier when you are a repeat customer. Took all of 30 mins....not to mention, the ditched all of that paperwork! Way to go #titlemax!
