  I highly recommend anyone to this location. The general manager, shanda is very knowledgeable! Also, pleasant, professional, accommodating, and she's quick. A great experience overall.

  MUST READ ABOUT GM KEITH I went ahead and used my maden name since I have an active account and I do not want retaliation from the GM. I have had accounts with Titlemax over the years and never had the kind of rude behavior as what is happening now. Christina is amazing every time I walk in the door. I Wish some of the others I have dealt with in this office were still around with her because this GM Keith needs to work in a broom closet. I came in a few months back and he opened my pawn and we sat there for an hour because he just kept staring at the screen. Christina finally came over and told him to update something and he got defensive Towards her and went on a spiel about an AV desk. No big deal I got what I needed in the end.... Fast forward to last month I come in to make a payment, both ladies are on the phones so I sit at Keith’s desk and he blatantly ignores me to talk on his personal phone. The other lady working ended up helping me because he acted as if I didn’t exist.... Today I walk in for another payment and again both ladies have customers, Keith is at his desk looking at his Computer and didn’t even acknowledge I walked in. I asked him if he was busy and he proceeded to point to his Bluetooth and still not say a word to me.... This man is a joke. What happened to the other guys who would actually say hi? Acknowledge a customer or at least know what they were doing. Titlemax has helped me many times and this is not an attack against them, but if you go in there avoid Keith at all costs.

  The customer service was outstanding! The employee I received was polite and understanding and explained the process so it was easy to understand I totally recommend using them.
