  First, let me say that if I could give "No Stars" I would. I have been dealing with this scam company for over a year. I was well aware of what I was getting into when I signed the line, but I was in a bind that required immediate relief. For over a year, I have been going in and making my payments like clockwork each month despite the calls from them to remind me of my payment due date when I already know my obligation. I have always paid more than the minimum interest. I was presented with the option to do a partial payment to free up some cash until my next pay date. After asking several questions for clarity and entering into this verbal agreement, I did a partial payment in May. I was told the other half would be due in June. In June, when I went in to pay the rest of the partial payment agreement, I was then told that interest added to that amount and I now owed more than I could afford. They would not accept my payment in June since it didn't include the interest. I was told that the representative needed to speak with his General Manager to see if they could accept my payment. Now in July I planned on making my normal payment of $300 and I am told that they cannot accept it because that amount doesn't include the interest and I am 53 days in default. My account is listed as in REPOSSESSION status and they asked if I wanted to voluntarily turn in my car or have it picked up. The new general manager Taniya/Taneah? is rude and unprofessional. She started our initial conversation with a nasty attitude and lied stating that she had returned my call several times since June. But there are no messages from her on my voicemail. She states that she cannot printout my payment history, but only give me a receipt. I ended up getting a printout from another location. She states that a representative has been calling me everyday, two times a day regarding my account, which is also false. I have never had any problems with them until their under informed employee tricked me into an agreement and wasn't 100% honest about the interest details. The newer group of employees at this location are the absolute worst! Bottom line, to be in this line of work, you are a lying deceitful con man who will do anything to get the mighty dollar, including selling your soul. Stay away from this place, its not worth the stress. You will repay them back ten times more your loan. I just make sure that when I'm at my job, I understand that the person on the other end that I am dealing with is a human being trying to survive in this world just like me.

  So much can be said about this place Iv had title loans at 3 different title max and Gary by far has been one of the best experience I call to make a payment and we can just hold a conversation he's great with customers and what's. Great for the business
