  These guys are great, wasnt approved for the amount I needed but Rick and Oscar did their very best to get me as close to the amount as they could. 10/10 would recommend

  So Daniel was with another customer asking me from across the room for my social like really your helping someone else why would I shout that info so someone else can gather it very poor customer service

  I personally had 2 loans at Title Max. The staff is very friendly and professional at their work. I worked with lily and Stephen that helped me get the loan i was looking for.. I surely recommend this Title Max.

  I have had one title loan in the past, not with Title Max and I was very unsatisfied with that place. I was in the need of some money and I was searching for another Title place to get a loan. I was referred by my daughter to use Title Max Loans although I showed up mistakenly to the wrong location, but I am so glad I did. Stephen Zepeda was the first person I met and was very sweet and helpful. I love using their services because they are very understanding and caring. The whole staff makes you feel welcoming. They care about their customers and have customer appreciation day where they will display pizza, snacks and something to drink. Other times they will have frito pie, snacks and drinks. Oh and Stephen Zepeda will do valet parking for you :) Just Kidding, LOL! They even have a kids section to entertain the children while you are getting service and its very clean place. Every time I go in there to make a payment or get another loan they just make my day with a bunch of laughs. If you need extra cash for any reason I recommend Title Max on Flores St./ Military Dr. you won't regret it! I have gone back in for 3 loans every time I get done paying them off :)
