  These other reviewers must work for this company...DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION IF YOU CAN HELP IT!!! Who doesn't accept payments over the phone these days? This one!!! If I could give this place no stars I would😡 The girls in this office are b****s they are very rude EVERYTIME we have had to call them. I would NEVER EVER EVER RECOMMEND this location!!!! EVER!!! The mesquite location has them beat 10 fold on customer service. We have even asked to speak to the person in charge/ manager they tell us that person is not in at the moment. First of all WHY IS THERE NEVER A MANAGER ON-SITE? Why did they transfer my loan to this office in the first place? They said well once you get below a certain amount owed they transfer the loan to a different location... This is NOT GOOD BUISNESS ETHICS!!!

  Don’t wait, you need some cash fast, go see my girl Arely C. She provided me with excellent customer service, and with a smile. She is nice, patient, upfront, and there is no pressure. I can go on and on, but you’ll have to come to the store and meet with her yourself. The whole process is simple, fast and easy, all you have to do is say YES to your approval. If you get in a bind, come see Arely. If you’re alil short on cash, and need some fast, come see Arely. If the rent is late, don’t hesitate, come see Arely.
