  From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a smile, the customer service is amazing. I walked in on a Saturday since I needed last minute money not knowing what to do or what I wanted exactly, I felt very informed and welcomed; Isabella was going above and beyond. They do not let you walk out the door with something you would not be comfortable with! I highly recommend TitleMax, had better much experience here than LoanMax. Oh did I forget to mention they have snacks while you wait!!!!

  Awesome job done. Was able to get the loan I asked for, well was able to work it through where I got double my asking price. The guy was very good to work with. I recommend visiting hours when he is working Jesse.

  Titlemax literally changed my life. I went in for a loan and came out a new man. Not only did I get a loan, I now have a whole new outlook on life. Before I was a broken man, apathetic and angry but they gave me a chance, and no one had ever done that for me. I needed to pay their kindness forward so I ran into the street to give the loan away to the first person I saw and realized giving is the only true path to happiness. Now I understand why they do what they do. I'm more broke than ever before, but spiritually, I am rich. All of my personal belongings have been given away. Now I spend my days looking for cool sticks and rocks to give to the people I meet in my travels. It's a simple life but that's what life is supposed to be. We get so caught up in the hustle and bustle of modern life and never take the time to enjoy the moment or the people we encounter. Thankyou Emporia TitleMax Title loans, I don't think I can ever repay you. Literally, I gave the rest of my money away.

  I am so thrilled at the quality of work this business showed me and my family. Jesse and the store manager helped us get the funds we needed dor our kids Christmas. Jesse never left our side and went above and beyond for us and our kids. He even gave the kids hot cocoa and snacks while we waited. It has been hard for us because of this epidemic but Jesse was a blessing and we really appreciated it. Thank you so much for your service and may God bless you. Keep up the great work

  Really awesome experience, I was so nervous going in thinking I was going to get a super quiet, awkward meeting. But they were super helpful, answered any questions I had and didn’t sugar coat anything! I thought that was awesome. They also gave me an estimated guess on what I would have to pay monthly just to be sure it’s what I wanted. Didn’t feel like I was pushed into something I didn’t want. I also had my kids with me and they gave them snacks, water and even coloring activities to keep them occupied. Definitely would recommend anyone who is needing money to help with financial stuff to go there!
