  I will NEVER EVER come back for a loan, especially with TitleMax. August 2015 I came into your Cooper Road location, scared, angry, confused and disoriented. I was at a total loss because of my situation, I didn’t know where to turn. A friend recommended your organization and I thought, why not? When I entered the Cooper Road TitleMax I was taken advantage of my mental state and I had no chance when your representative saw me in the parking lot crying, they knew they could “get me”. I was promised I could have this loan paid off in full by January 2016 if I paid the agreed amount on time. Every month, I brought my cash in and your “professional staff” would tell me “ohhh you’re the one with the leather seats, ohhh yea”, “ohhhh girl, I was hoping you wasn’t gunna make it”, “I am waiting for the day you don’t show up”. My favorite was; “you know your car is worth wayyyyy more, you should take out a loan for $20k.” I was sickened every single month. To hand over cash to people who made me feel lower than low was a monthly struggle. My health deteriorated, my finances spun out of control, my stress level doubled, maybe even tripled and I contemplated suicide every single month. It wasn’t until January 2016 came and went and I STILL owed the very amount I borrowed did I realized, you all trapped me. You all had me and if you didn’t you would have my car. I knew I needed a way out and I found it. When I came to pay off the loan in full in June, the manager on duty was blatantly angry. Totally pissed off that your interest would not hold me hostage any longer. He was rude and refused me a copy of my paperwork. When I started photographing he asked why, and I told him “SO I REMEMBER WHERE I WAS, WHERE I CAME FROM AND WHERE I WILL NEVER GO BACK”. He had the nerve to laugh at me. TitleMax, you are scum of the Earth. You are what is wrong with America. People like you, organizations like you, will go to Hell. I will NEVER come back to your company. I will NEVER take out another loan with TitleMax or any other loan company. I will NEVER take out a payday loan. I will NEVER suggest another person take out a loan with TitleMax. Money is not that important. I demand you remove me from any future advertising material.
