  Excellent customer service. Jerry worked diligently with us to help us get the maximum amount of loan that we needed. Taking any type of loan out is always stressful regardless of the situation.   The team at TitleMax on South Parkway in Huntsville, Al, is probably one of the most caring offices I have ever been in! They truly want to help you if they can and all they ask for is just communication! Simple as that! So don't blame Titlemax if your car gets towed because they are not out to get you! Just communicate with them and you can probably avoid that from happening! Stephanie and Jerry know their job inside and out and are 2 of the nicest people I have ever met!!! They are DEFINITELY there to help you!!!!!

  If you are in need of some quick money, these are the folks you need to see. Specifically, Jerry and Janae worked exceptionally hard to get me the loan I needed. And they did it in a courteous and professional way. The entire visit was both pleasant and expeditious. This will without question not be my last visit to the South Parkway Titlemax!!
