  We have recently worked with TitleBlu for our new home. I could not recommend working with them enough! From start to finish they were so helpful and worked all night to get everything approved and ready for signatures. If I had questions or didn't understand something, they were always there to answer my questions. Never did they make me feel any of my questions were stupid.   Love Titleblu! Every deal I have done with Titleblu has gone smoothly, and the communication has been excellent! If I have a question, I can call and talk directly to Carrie and get quick answers. I've even called to ask her about title related questions on deals where we've had to use other title companies. In addition, Carrie and Sharon are SO engaged in and supportive of their community - which I think speaks highly of their character. BUT...as a realtor, my primary concern is for the ability of the title company to manage and close the transaction smoothly, and provide the best experience for the client. Because the communication is so good through the process, the accuracy has been spot on, and closings happen whenever and wherever best for the clients, I continue to include them in my list of preferred partners (they are on top!), though it is always the client's choice. ;-)

  Best title company in Ohio. Very helpful, and they get things done. I haven’t had any issues with them, and I plan to continue to work with them on every real estate transaction I do in Ohio. They are very investor friendly which is a plus.
