      Every time I have been in this branch the staff have been helpful. When it's needed they take the time to explain things. This branch has a drive through ATM, drive through tellers, the inside tellers, and loan officers. This is a full service branch. I would rate this branch 4 stars based on the services offered and the customer service provided by the staff.

      Just recently made TFCU my primary bank. For the most part pretty happy with them. Only dislike is their online bill pay. Recently mad a payment to another bank for a loan payment and they sent a check instead of electronic??? And often the processing time is very slow. If it doesnt improve may need to explore other options.

      Very disappointed in there direct deposit system, very inaccurate and misleading. Any deposits take atleast 2 days for you to use them!
