  It was my first time taking my vehicle to Fenton and I was very pleased with my visit. My service consultant Cody was great on getting my car in for service and completing it on a short time. Thanks Cody and I will be doing all my vehicle service with Fenton and vehicle purchases.

  This is the worst dealership that I have used from customer service to the service department and would not recommend them to anyone. From Orr central asking me if I can afford the vehicle to the service department being investigated by Nissan

  had an appointment for 2pm, it took 1hr 20 minutes to even look at the car then another 1.5 hrs to fix it. I guess I presummed when you have an appointment that is when the car would be looked at. Either way, the employees were top notch and very pleasant.

  I used to like Nissan Fenton. I really have enjoyed my vehicle that I purchased from them. However, I have always had an issue with getting my vehicle serviced. They sold me the vehicle with a service package included. Every time I go they can never find it. I leave unhappy then they call me a day or two later. I will no longer recommend this auto dealership.

  My wife and I recently bought two Maximas from Fenton East and the experience was great. We had a two car deal done in less than two hours and were out the door. Everyone from our salesperson (Ashley), to the guys in finance to the detail department were spot on and top notch. We will be getting our next cars at Fenton East as well!

  My experience with Fenton Nissan East was amazing!!! We test drove a few cars with Gabe and made an offer on a Nissan Rouge. Roger worked amazinly well with my budget and I'm the owner of a brand new car! Eveyone was very friendly and answered all my questions and concerns promptly.   I highly recommend Fenton Nissan East , they have a very courteous and helpful staff from the service desk to the service department. The ladies at the desk have a smile on their face and the willingness to assist me. Customer service is rare these days so I can appreciate the service I have gotten at Fenton Nissan East .

  I bought a 2012 Chevy Suburban from Caesar and was informed that the truck was fully inspected placed on the rack and that there was nothing wrong with it. I bought it, drove it home to Moore Friday night and on Sunday morning I found that the inside of both front tires were worn down below the core as noted by Firestone manager, when Firestone took the lug nuts off the 20 in tire blew up and the metal sliced open his arm, The manager Mathew said oh you should have drove this big truck around with tires about to explode another day and then on the freeway and we would have fixed it on Monday but he finally agreed to pay for them, and that was 2 months ago and he has nothing but excuses every week as to why I haven't got a check yet. So he lied, he lied when he told me it was certified he lied and endangered mu life in that big truck with 2 tires about to explode, he threatened my life and the lives of others on the road around me.
