  Due to issues out of our control, which were created by the seller, we had to push our closing date back a few times. We were concerned this would result in us loosing our funding and/or result in an increase to the % rate. Thanks to Tim and the Trident team, everything was completed on time with the same LOW interest rate we initially locked in. Tim was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process.   We set out to refinance our house and Tim Taylor, with Trident Mortgage, came highly recommended. Since we were seeking a VA Loan, there were different parameters, but Tim was adept at communicating those to us regularly. Despite some unforeseen set backs of our own, Tim (Navy Vet) offered excellent guidance and stayed on top of our specific situation until we closed on the Refinance Loan. With kids in college this loan has made things less stressful and we have been able to make much needed upgrades on our home as well. Outstanding job Tim, you surpassed our expectations!

  I had worked with several mortgage brokers who worked in a way that really disappointed me. In hindsight, they offered me higher rates to up their commission. Almost went to the local Credit Union when a colleague recommended Tim Taylor. What a difference. Tim’s priority was to look after me and I ended up closing quickly and with a mortgage that was 3/4% less than the previous best offer. Now the proud owner of a Condo and saving lots over 15 years.
