  Tim was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and responsive. The home buying process can be overwhelming and confusing but Tim explained everything in such a way that was easy to understand. Tim was there every step of the way and he was very responsive. Every email was answered within the hour, even at 10pm.   Thanks Tim for making the dream happen. I choose to go with you rather than the special relationship that I have with my bank because first there was speed and agility with you and your org. Secondly I really liked the personal touch, no IVRs and so you were around literally at my fingertips when I had questions or was worried about something.   Tim has been a friend for several years, and I had him search for rates to compare with other lenders.
