  Randolph has been our mortgage loan originator on two separate occasions. We cannot recommend him enough! Randolph is so friendly and kind, easy to work with, and on top of his game. He has always walked us through the process step by step and been there to (very promptly) answer any questions we had along the way.   Last week with the help from Randolph Freese, we've closed a loan with United Savings Bank on our home. This was a third loan in a row we've asked Randolph to help us with. That itself should be enough indication about the personal touch and dedication Randolph provides. To elaborate, at absolutely every step it felt as he was part of our family and cared as much about the outcome and timing of our loan as we did. Because of his knowledge, professionalism and again dedication, we were able to close on time. We know that our last loan wasn't really a last one and we know he will be the one we call next time we need help with financing. We don't usually write recommendations, however this time we felt it was warranted. We would definitely recommend Randolph to our family, friends and everyone who needs assistance with financing.   Randolph was very helpful in my search for a construction loan. Took initiative to actually make my life easier and facilitate the experience for me instead of burying me in paperwork. Made the process very simple. Answered all of my questions - and when he didn’t have an answer right away he would seek out the information I needed. I really felt like he represented me and was serving my best interests - he wanted to make me happy. I would recommend him every time to anyone seeking financing - A+ customer service and care!

  Randolph is great! Quickly responds to calls and emails, and is supremely friendly and helpful. We asked him to help with a refi recently because he was so good to work with on a new purchase a few months earlier. Will definitely call him again for banking needs in CT!!

  It was a pleasure to work with Randolph. He was quick to return my call/email and follow up. He made sure I understood the process and the product. Mortgage applications/refinancing applications are more than just an interest rate. It does matter who you work with. I highly recommend Randolph.
