  At first, I was concerned about working with a smaller lender instead of a bigger bank...but Tim quickly dissipated those concerns! He was incredibly responsive. He has the heart of a teacher and willingly answered all of the many questions I had about loan structure and how the loan products worked. He was also able to help us secure a NEXT DAY appraisal when we switched to a new home, allowing us to close in 3 weeks and save us from spending extended time in a hotel--which is a HUGE deal for a family of 7. Do yourself a favor and choose Tim and the Mortgage Firm!!
