  Whenever I am going to purchase a home I always contact Tim to get pre-qualified because he's trustworthy and very knowledgeable. I recently contacted Tim to ask questions about refinancing my current home. After talking with Tim I decided to proceed with refinancing my home to get a lower interest rate and found out I no longer had to pay an fha mortgage insurance payment anymore. The process was so easy. I was always informed of every stage the loan was in and now I'm able to save $$$ on my house payment. If your thinking of buying a home or refinancing your current home I highly recommend that you call Tim first.   When your a first time home buyer, it is scary. Tim was so friendly and not pushy at all. Made my wife and i feel at ease. Also made sure we under stood everything about the loan and how much we could afford. We could talk to him on the phone, text and email. He always responded back right away. My mom bought a house a year before us and her banker was so pushy and mean. I will always highly recommend Tim.
