  Buying & financing my new KB Home was such a pleasant experience. This loan experience was a breeze thanks to John Conway. I provided items, updated certain ones just prior to closing and that was it. Never this "piece mail" type of "need this, need that" on and on.   Doug Higgins is an exceptional loan officer. He treated us like family, called to check in on us regardless of our loan, and watched out for our best interest. He was very communicative, very experienced, and most importantly kind. We were first time home buyers and he was very patient and gracious with all my questions. Overall this process could have been stressful but with Doug, it wasn’t. I felt like I was in good hands. P.S. While he works for KB homes, we used his services for a non KB home loan.

  I had the pleasure of working w/ Ionna for my very first home purchase through KB Homes. Ioanna is a wizard at her craft. I had a blast working with her throughout the wife and I’s first home. She kept us informed and would help break down complex ideas that we had trouble understanding like the different types of loans and such, and she helped us get a fantastic deal at the end!
