  I've enjoyed doing business with the crew at tiempo loan. They have always been there for me in a pinch. Compared to other loan offices, they are far and above more reasonable on what they charge for their loans. Thank you Tiempo.

  The manager whom is a female is very unprofessional. She called to collect $180.00, hounding me saying I know you’re at work because I called and you were there. She said I still hadn’t paid and I’ve been putting it off. Not the case. Pandemic hit me hard, I applied for a 100.00 loan and she is harassing me for payment and putting me down. I will never ever get a loan again from this establishment. Thankful they were able to help but the manager has no people skills.

  This message is for Steve who is the manager and he fails to respect the codes and ethics. I spoke with him directly when I was not being satisfied with his employee. He shared his expression to someone else about me while I am NOT a client but I’m paying for my friend over the phone. Steve has NO authority to share his complaint to someone else without my authorization. It shows that he thinks it’s okay due to my deafness. Please do not apply because he may release info to someone else. His employee failed to answer my simple questions before I requested to talk with him as the manager. He had poor responsibility as the manager by sharing information to someone else without using the proper channel. I used to be a supervisor and he fails to follow the ethics and codes. Lastly, I’m not in the position to attack but his employee failed to understand my questions in a timely manner. I hope the company reads this message. My deafness means nothing but I know Steve was irresponsible and he has to provide his evidences while I can request for conversation being rrecord and find out who’s telling the whole truth. They can say anything since I live In the hearing world but I stand up for what I believe!

  I too have never had a loan with this company. For 3 years, I have asked them to stop calling me looking for someone that used me as a reference. I spoke with Steve, Michelle and Sonia. I blocked their number and they started calling from another number. I told them they did not call me and ask if they should give the person the loan, so why are they calling me now? I spoke with Steve personally, he told me the only way they would stop calling me was to have that person call them. I told him I was not going look for that person and they needed to stop harassing me. He adamantly stated no one was harassing me and they would keep calling. Well, enough is enough! They keep calling me so now I am calling them and I informed Steve just as he told me, it is not harassment. This is the WORST company ever. I do not recommend anyone use their services and for damn sure do not put someone's number down without permission because they will bug the hell out of them.

  These people are crooks, they get you to come in to sign for extensions and then put extra charges are your account. They call your references over and over again even if your one day late on your loan. They repeatedly call your employer even after you ask them not to. I am in the process of paying this company off and I have not been late even once on my loan. They are so upset that I wont refinance they are now calling me and cursing me out and hanging up on me. DONT BORROW FROM THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!! They have absolutely no respect for their customers. Your better off going elsewhere.

  First off Steve is rude... my mom put me down as a reference... I ask them to stop calling me... it’s been a year and they still call for my mom... at this point it becomes harassment... Steve ignored me when I asked him to remove my number.. he would not give me corporate number.... he lied and said he is corporate....I have had loans with this company many of times and paid them in full on time...., every single time... and to be treated like this is very disappointing.... I will never return here... and I will let all my social media friends Know... to not get a loan here .... you lost a good paying customer....Stay away from this place people

  Someone put me down as a reference without asking. They never called me to ask about this person otherwise I would have advised them it probably won't be a great idea to give a loan to that person. Now they owe them money and they won't stop calling me. I have a job they keep interrupting, I've asked them to please stop calling me. I didn't get a loan from them, not my problem.

  I don't have a loan with these people and have never interacted with them before my name was used as a reference without my knowledge. These people won't stop harassing references even after you have asked them to stop. This is a terribly ran business and I would suggest no one get a loan from these people.

  Harassment due to someone using my name as a reference. I've never been there never got a loan from these ppl. Best advice stay far away from this place. They are cold blooded.

  Good people respectful and if you need time on your loan just tell them and it help with your credit
