  Kris was very helpful in guidance Nc through the various loan options ad explained the pros and cons. He was knowledgeable about what was needed and precise on his tax estimates and fees. He also helped to prepare me for the closing so it was a smooth process and was always pleasant and patient.

  They were extremely professional and responsive to my needs. There was never a moment during the home buying process in which I felt uninformed. Additionally, I did not always have to reach out to them. Mr. Hill was great at keeping connected to ensure my closing process went smooth. Kris and I talked through the documents I would sign before closing so that the day of closing I understood each line and had no questions which made closing easier and faster. If I buy another home or refinance, I would only use Tidewater.

  I'm so glad we found Kris Hill for this process. Such a joy to work with on both a professional and personal level. Extremely efficient and proactive which we absolutely loved. Kris gave us great advice during this process and when it came time for our closing, we had no surprises, which is rare from what I have heard.   Word on the street, is going through the process of to home ownership can be painful and nerve wracking. Wellllll, maybe those who've felt that way had the wrong team..... Kris Hill and his team are the best!!!!! Unfortunately due to the state of the world that we're in right now (COVID-19), I never had the pleasure of meeting Kris face to face but that didn't matter. From day one regardless of if it was on the phone or via email, I always had the sense and felt comfort in knowing that Kris (as well as his team) always gave excellent customer service and truly cared about me as a person. I will never be able to thank him enough.
