Tyler Rossum1They are so rude over the phone and they are doing it different than what I signed on the contact they turn your car off 2 days after no payment when the paperwork clearly states that I have 10 days to make a payment before they turn off the car so. I do not recommend them but overall I haven’t had any issues until now... so they lie to you when they talk to you or they lie in the contract either way I’m very upset and makes me not want to finance through them anymore or do business with them.

Slothyy 121The people at this company are so rude and unprofessional and it’s disgusting. They set a date for repossession of my car but they towed it before that set date and when I called they basically told me “to bad so sad” I will be getting a lawyer and taking action against them.

I usually get paid Tuesday’s but this week it didn’t come in until Wednesday night so I called the next morning to make a payment and they turned off my car because I was late. I tried to explain that I couldn’t control when my paycheck hits my account and they just blew it off. So rude over the phone and didn’t wanna hear my reasoning.

V Rose1Unpleasant experience over the phone. They are rude and just talk to you in any manner. Treat people with respect not based on the fact we have a contract. Dont shame customers for asking for help! Cant wait till my contract ends. Negative energy destroys the professionalism.

Adriana Lopez5I would like to thank Blanca Read for her time in helping me and my son get a new car, she was always there letting us know was going on with our application while we were waiting for the results of the bank. Making sure if we need to go some where so we didn’t have to wait she would give us a call as soon as she new something. I’m so thankful that she help us everything ran smoothly and we ended up with a new car.

Noelle Haas1First off let me just say PROPS to Mrs. Lulu she rocks! Super friendly and works with me :) Keep doing what you do! HOWEVER for the rest of the company, If I could give no stars I ABSOLUTELY would by far the worst company to EVER have your auto loan financed through. No one will help, apparently your treated like a case with a worker and you can ONLY talk to that one person well when they aren't available you call back and they just hang up or transfer you around. Don't ever have any issues with your bank and payments bounce, you can NEVER use the website again which was their ONLY saving grace so you didn't have to talk to any of them. Won't help with anything. People need to learn some customer service skills as they have NONE. I don't ever write horrible but the people in this office are absolutely ridiculous!

jerry aguina2Had a bad experience with Sames pre owned super-center was sold a vehicle that was “certified” pre owned a 2015 Chevy equinox, however the vehicle broke down one month later. I thought my power train plus plan would cover it with the warranty they offered when I bought the vehicle, but it did not. They were charging me 300 at their service center, naturally I was upset due to the fact that the vehicle is a month out of the lot and I am already having issues with it. Adding to this, the employees at the service center do not know about warranties that the parts they place in the vehicles have they told me to call back later so their manager could check.
