  Good service an values, but paychecks take longer to process into account. Particular purchases even on business days don't fully process in account til days later but still will process. Which defeats the main purpose of online banking, so keeping tabs on a account accurate balance you just have to write it done🤷‍♀️

  Hi Reina, Thank you for your review. We process paychecks the day that the file shows to post. Unfortunately, we cannot process a paycheck any earlier than the employer allows us to. Online banking services gives you a real time view of your account balances and information, as well as pending transactions. If a merchant does not post a transaction until a few days after you swipe your card, that is on the merchant's end and not your financial institution.   I love everything about Thrive! The Thrive team is amazing, super responsive and helpful. I highly recommend banking and/or refinancing through them! They helped me pay off my student loans in leads than 2 years!

  I have been banking with Thrive since they started out with one location, on Delaware. I have always been so happy with the service, and the the people working there. They really make an effort to know you and call you by name. While I use the branch on Wheeling most often, I do and have used the other two locations.

  Besides having your debit card locked several times over charges that are under $10 and reoccuring for MONTHS (a subscription), no access to your own money because its after hours and this bank is only in Muncie, sending back electronic deposits because they think its duplicate (yeah some people get the same amount deposited) If you never travel and like all these problems then they're perfect. I finally convinced my husband to switch to a bank that everyone knows, one that can help at anytime night/day/weekends (nothing more frustrating then not being able to access your OWN money), & one that when $7 is spent won't blink an eye but may question when thousands are spent! (this is 3rd time in 2 months my Card has been locked and new card issued because they think a tiny charge is fraud) we never reported anything, they do it all on their own.

  I have been banking at Thrive for 13 years now!! They having friendly staff and whenever I have an issue they are quick to help and get it straightened out for me. I wouldn't bank anywhere else!!

  I have banked with thrive for over 15 years...back when they were icfcu. I absolutely love this bank and would not ever bank anywhere else and always recommend them to friends and family!

  Staff is very friendly and always give you all the information you need to know about your bank and account been with them personally for 9 years not going to change my bank I love them!
