      This place is a joke. If an employee there makes a mistake cashing a check it's on the customer and now my fiance is 45 dollars short of her paycheck. If there is a human error they should be responsible and liable for the missing money. And there was no proof we were overpaid only because of what they said and when asked for proof there didnt give any proof. I'm never coming back here again unless my fiance gets her 45 dollars back of her hard earned money. And I'm telling everybody I know not to come here including the whole world now on the internet. And on top of all this the manager Judy was very rude on the phone and the teller with the initials KB I got off the receipt was also a bit rude but not as rude as judy over a mistake made by their own co-worker. It isnt morally right and I hope people see this message and never come back just like I am never coming back.

      If I could give it less stars I would. Total ripoff. Apparently doing math isn't a prerequisite for employment. Save yourself money and frustration, Avoid this place at all costs. HVFCU will cash your check for you without you being a member. Better yet get direct deposit.
