  Three Rivers is OUTSTANDING at everything they do! I was a first time home buyer and I couldn’t imagine another group of people leading me through the process than the staff at Three Rivers. Michelle, Korey, and Kurt went above and beyond for my family and I and I can not thank them enough.

  Kurt and Michelle were so wonderful and made the home buying process so easy for us! When we reached out to Three Rivers Lending we were completely lost and had no clue where to begin. They helped us with everything from finding a realtor to home insurance. They even were flexible when we had to push up the closing date and worked with us while they were on vacation. I can't recommend them enough!! I suggest them to everyone I know that is looking for a home and when it comes time to buy our second home -- I will definitely be going to Three Rivers Lending.

  Kurt and Michelle made my first time home buying experience an easy one. My real estate agent suggested I use them and now I know why. They were thorough and explained everything in detail throughout the process. Kurt made sure that I knew what was going on and never made me feel like I was bothering him.   As first time home buyers, we were pretty clueless about the mortgage. Kurt and Michelle were great. They got us the best deal for our situation (I did my own searching, too) and were very accessible to answer all my questions throughout the process. Highly recommend!

  If you are in the market to do anything with a home give these guys a call. They did everything for me. We are a first time home buyers they explained everything, made sure I understood what I was signing. Found me the best rate. Korey even is still answering questions when they come up. I have recommended them to everyone I know.

  For me as a first time home buyer I was nervous as to what to expect. My husband along with Michelle and Kurt at Three Rivers Lending made the process very easy and steess free for me. My husband and I could not be happier with the services they provided. While it is their profession to provide this type of service, they go the extra mile. Both Michelle and Kurt showed up to our closing and we’re as nice and supportive and informative as could be.   Wow! What can I say other than Michele and Kurt were absolutely the best people I could' ve had to help me in buying a house. They were very perceptive to what needed to be done. They never gave up on me, constantly fighting for me. I will forever be grateful for them helping my family get the house we wanted .

  Kurt and Michelle made the process of buying our first home so enjoyable. They made themselves available whenever we needed them and were extremely timely and informative throughout the entire process. They were involved the entire time from pre-approval all the way up until our closing, which they were present at. They are a great team & great brokers! Would highly recommend.
