  Outstanding Service! (Read on) Theresa was great. She worked hard for me and found me loans when no one was lending, on properties that were hard to finance. She found me non-conventional and even hard money loans when I needed it, and then a year later helped me refinance with better terms. Her best quality was that she never gave up on me, even when the going got tough she called me to keep the process smooth and never laxed in her customer service, even when I was quite frustrated, even yelling, she found a way through it for me. I would not hesitate to recommend her loan brokering services to businesspeople of sorts especially those with a Schedule C.
