  Theresa was great, she made my first time home buying experience on new construction a breeze. She kept me informed and explained each step of the home buying process. She was very knowledgeable when it came time to lock-in my interest rate, she basically time the market correctly in my favor. She was always available, helpful and she has a strong team to ensure each task is complete and everthing runs smooth. She treated me like a friend and not a customer she actually cared and I truly appreciate that. Thanks for everything!!

  Theresa Miglino is amazing! I will always work with her and refer anyone to her. She knows what she is doing! She will explain to all, listen, keep you on track, and work with you. She goes above and beyond her job description. I felt like I could completely trust her and knew she had my best interest. I have used her a couple times before just closing on my house and I would use her again. GREAT JOB THERESA!!!!!
