  I do not reccomened. AnnieMac has failed to close on time multiple times. AnnieMac has made the same mistake each time. It is unacceptable.

  Extremely unreliable mortgage company. Communication was severely lacking. No one involved knew the status until prompted by the title company. Even then it would take hours for any response. Settlement was pushed back when 12-hours before the initial closing date they decided to ask for documentation to support paperwork that was submitted 6-weeks prior. Then within 30 minutes of our new closing date (location was 2+ hours away), they (incorrectly) changed the closing costs by thousands. Such a shame that they cannot handle their own volume of clients and customer service is garbage.

  Amanda Broomall was absolutely amazing! She was fast, professional, personable, and answered any questions we had as soon as possible! Amanda made this process so much easier for us, and helped relieve a lot of the stress and anxiety through her excellent customer service!

  This is not my personal experience but I so was sad for my associate I couldn't not share. After this mortgage company pushed her settlement back for the third time, the seller of the house backed out and now my friend has no where to live once her lease is up in 3 weeks. Especially during this pandemic and housing is scarce I can't believe a company of this caliber would leave her stranded. They dragged their feet and made every step of the process miserable for her and now she lost her first house she was ever going to own. I am so disappointed and want to prevent others from dealing with this company. Do better people, it's your one job.

  Mitch has been a lifesaver for both of my house purchases. He helped me navigate my first one when I knew nothing and my second one when I kept running into issues. He's almost always available for questions and can always find the answers. Definitely will work with him again.

  This company is very unprofessional. They have no communication at all. My settlement kept getting pushed back to the point that the seller was ready to walk away. The loan officer said they made a mistake on their end, but it was down hill from then on. Whenever it was time for closing she wouldn't respond to my messages calls or text. No one even cared to reach out to me even after I put in complaints
