  Just refinanced my house through LendSmart. I used their service when I originally bought my house and chose to use them again as it was a good experience the first time.   Refinanced with Phil and Teri. They were both helpful and responsive along the way. The app made the process relatively easy to track progress and upload docs. Refinancing took a bit longer than anticipated but they helped me get my rate lowered and I am happy with the service.
