  7 years ago we bought our house with the assistance from Nate at Lendsmart. We were so impressed with him than that we went back for his assist with our refinance. With Nate and help from Tiffany our refinance went very smoothly. We expected delays due to Covid19 but to our surprise there was none. From the first inquiring phone call we knew that we were a priority to the LendSmart team. They allowed us to ask question and talked with us about our options.   Had what seemed to be around the clock service. Nate was quick to resolve issues and from offer to closing finished lightning fast. In office had a small town personel feel, personally used his printer a few times. Team was on point no mistakes made great job!!!!!

  My House buying journey was not typical in any way at all. I was hit with multiple road blocks every other week. There were so many moments when I honestly wanted to just give up. Nate never wavered. He continually instilled hope into me and always reassured me that we were going to figure everything out. A lot of things happened that were out of my control as well as his, and we encountered many moments that most loan officers would've walked away from. Nate pushed through and we got the loan done. I'm going to be moving into my dream home in a couple days and part of the reason is because of this guy. I would highly recommend him above any other person.

  I can't recommend Nate and his staff more highly. Through out the whole process he was incredibly helpful and understanding. We took longer than most people to finally find a house we loved and they were there with us the whole way. Any time I would feel overwhelmed with the process they were there to explain exactly what it all meant in a way I could understand. Absolutely the best choice you will make when looking for a lender.

  Nate Rasoush was outstanding thought it the whole financing process. He will go above and beyond for his clients - Nate definitely have the experience, knowledge and professionalism that it takes to close on your home loan , wether you are first time home buyer or second homebuyer, down payment assistance and so forth, he will get you into your home because he cares and takes the extra steps to work with you . Nate communication throughout the process was seamless and perfect. As a single parent and as a minority there is certain qualification process we had to go through , it was a complex process but he made it so easy and simple to work with.
