  We retained Scott Sachs of Synergy to sell our home of 33 years. Scott and his team provided exceptional service, from recommending a move concierge to help us downsize to the moving company to the contractor who helped with painting to the stager. He helped us plan and schedule the preparation required to put the house on the market and gave us good advice on pricing and marketing. They really know the north Arlington housing market and how to present a house for sale. The exceptional marketing turned the sale in a weekend during January - typically a challenging time in the home market - with multiple offers. He and his professional team were available whenever we needed them. They helped us every step of the way, giving us a well-organized and worry-free experience. I highly recommend.

  Daniel and his team over at Synergy are exactly what you need when buying or selling a home. They are detailed, responsive and get the job done! There was very little we had to "wait" on. His negotiations are top notch and his staff are so on top of it I need them in our own lives. Highly recommend them.

  Scott Sacks was fantastic! He helped me find a home in Reston, VA. He is an experienced realtor, very knowledgeable of the Washington DC area market and puts in the time to find the right home for you. Everyone I met through the purchasing process of my home had only positive things to say about him. That's impressive ! Also, his negotiation skills are supreme.   My husband and I were first-time homebuyers and our experience with Scott was wonderful.   Our Washington, DC Realtor, Scott Sachs of the Synergy Group was recommended through our condo management company. I needed someone I could totally trust because the condo was in DC, we live in Maine and the pandemic was raging so travel was restricted. I also needed someone who would return calls and keep me updated on the property. Scott was the perfect Realtor for us. As soon as we signed the contract, he took charge! He oversaw repairs and maintenance on the property, had it professionally cleaned and painted and hired and oversaw staging operations. Finally, he had professional photos taken. When ready, the condo looked fantastic and I joked I was having second thoughts about selling. His online postings were beautiful and received many views. Scott collected and used metrics to gauge the market and even obtained feedback from those who actually viewed the condo in person. The property sold at an excellent price and the cash was in my account the day of closing. There is no doubt the reason the property sold at such a high price was Scott and his very able and friendly Operations Manager, Kristen. They literally did all the work and were wonderful! It was a real pleasure working with them.

  We worked with Daniel and Synergy Group to purchase a home this year and we couldn't be happier with their service! As first time homebuyers we were very happy with the high levels of responsiveness and his ability to quickly resolve all of our requests and questions. This is especially important when houses are going under contract within just a few days of listing - it's key that you're able to review the listing, book a time to see it, discuss comps, pricing, etc, and submit an offer on a very limited timeframe. You definitely need a quality team on your side to be competitive and they provided that for us. Daniel kept up his amazing levels of service through (and even after) closing with helping us navigate and orchestrate the entire process.
