  This was my first time using Lee Horen. My referral came from a mutual friend and I am glad I received that referral. Chase Bank had told me no, that they couldn’t do my loan. Lee said yes. Lee did exactly what he had to do. He even responded to me on weekends. Near the end of the process, Lee ran my credit one more time; because of that my rate ended up being lower than originally promised. Also, Diane his assistant was very responsive. I was so pleased with this team that my parents have just finished completing a loan with them.

  This was my first time using Jordana of the Streisand Team. I had a great experience. Jordana was very helpful. She handled obstacles quickly and helped me to understand them and the process. Lee too was wonderful, attentive and executed everything as quickly as possible. They couldn’t have done anything better!

  This was my first time using Sterling National Bank and the Streisand Team. I was referred from a buddy at work and this team lived up to their reputation. This was a loan that was impossible to finance anywhere else because it didn't qualify under "Fannie Mae's" guidelines. Lee Horen was my loan officer and assured me he could do the financing. He was available whenever I needed him and couldn’t have communicated with me any better. I got a great rate, and my closing went very smoothly. I definitely suggest you contact Lee.

  Lee, Jordana and Diane were very helpful. Lee helped me at the very beginning, locking my rate at the right time. I appreciated the way team communicated with me, much more respectful than my previous experience with one of the big lenders. As the rate lock expiration neared, Lee extended it with no questions asked, which eased my anxieties over getting all the approvals needed prior to the expiration. The entire team always had my best interests in mind and didn't bother me with unnecessary or over-burdensome requests. It really comes down to personal experience: they are always there to help!

  This was my first time using The Streisand Team and Jordana. Jordana did an unbelievable job. I personally did not know much about the process. Jordana was very responsive and expedited the process for us. Everything was as smooth as it could have been. Jordana did a very good job of staying connected. She communicated very quickly, which I found extremely helpful. And I got a very good rate.

  This was my first time using Jordana of the Streisand Team. She is extremely responsive and her team was very efficient in get getting my loan closed. My rate is competitive and the actual closing process took only about 30 minutes. We are actually using using Jordana for a second mortgage right now.
