  The Spell Team has been absolutely wonderful to work with. From start to finish, Joe made it very clear they'd have one on one personal interaction with them in which they did. Any time I had questions I could text or call him or someone on their team and have an answer within minutes. They were very organized and helpful and even helped us close our loan well under 30 days. I would highly recommend using their team!

  Joe Spell as his team are one of the best in the business. They saved two of clients from losing a lot of money. The first one was a buyer who had a bankruptcy and he was able to get into a home. The second one was a client who went with a big named bank and they told him at the last minute we can't approve your loan. He was able to approve them within 4 hours.

  I really enjoyed working with Mr. Spell and his team. From day 1 this team blew my mind away with how kind and hard working they are. From beginning to end they were amazing to work with.   I just want to say how amazing Lexie Rodriguez is. I wrote her on a HOLIDAY just inquiring about refinancing-- she was ready to jump in and provide me with the best customer experience one can provide. Not only did she respond and help me within seconds, but she also provided me amazing recommendations to save my husband and I thousands of dollars and our pressed time. I can never fully express my gratitude to Lexie and sharing her knowledge to me-- especially how to appropriately pronounce IRRRL out loud! (We all know I would have never said it right haha) HIGHLY RECOMMEND. 5 stars is NOT enough for her.
