  The drive thru should be for simple transactions, NOT for someone to go through their entire checking account for the past 3 months, NOT for applying for a loan, and certainly NOT for cashing a 3rd party out of state check. I sat at the drive thru for 35min waiting on these assclowns. Not Happy with the people who use this bank.

  I enjoy banking here as the staff is quite friendly. But I must admit the hours could be better, the lake Elmo location needs an updated ATM and a few other small issues could be addressed. Overall, I won't leave...just hope they respond to their membership!

  Needed a Line of Credit increase and Derek worked with me to get it done quickly. He explained what needed to be done and walked me through it. I appreciate his dedicated and efficient effort.

  Excellent, personalized service. Very attentive branch manager. Excellent mobile app and online services that rival any big bank. Excellent network of ATM's. highly recommended!
