  The Ritz has done it again!!! Amazing service and it is property that I fall in love with approaching our destination!! We definitely all were spoiled beyond our expectations!! The staff and service is top notch! I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone whether it is for family, leisure or business!! My family and I have been coming here for 15 years!! We definitely feel at home and seeing faces there that remember us makes us feel more special!! I miss it already!!

  My wife and I had a great time at the RC in Key Biscayne. It was as expected for the most part. Excellent staff, great food, nice room, wonderful spa. Minor issues we had were: Weak water pressure in the shower, the chairs at the beach weren't very comfortable, the adult pool area wasn't all that great, lots of kids running around (very well behaved for the most part), very hard to have a meal for less than $100. But again, overall it is an amazing hotel/resort and we will definitely go there again soon.

  Having recently stayed at the Ritz, I found the staff very friendly, helpful and excited to welcome me. Although the Hotel is fairly large, it feels cozy and quaint. Beautiful grounds, well appointed rooms and the food was exceptional. Thank you agian for a great stay.

  We could not have asked for a better place for celebrating my 60th birthday. The room was incredible, the staff gracious and fun. The day bed with the fruit tray and personal staff was incredible. We were pampered, and after hectic year of work and other stressful goings on at home, we needed it!

  Nothing I can say in this review can do this place the justice it deserves. The property, the staff, the food and the overall experience is a ten. If you are with kids its amazing and the activities keep them busy all day. If you are with a spouse enjoy the quiet time over at the north pool and some good food and drinks in the various bars and restaurants. Looking for some time on the beach just walk down and grab a chair. If you want some nightlife and action take a ride over to South Beach. Use the fitness center or take a walk or bike ride on the island. There is truly something for everyone at this incredible resort.

  My wife suffers from lower back pain. The mattress of the room in which we stayed had sink holes and my wife has been in a lot of back pain since we stayed at the hotel for just 1 night. Other than that the stay was OK.

  The stay was very nice and the accommodations were very clean. Renting a car and departing were a little sketchy. We were told a car would be available to rent from the premises which did not end up being accurate. They were very kind to take us to another rental location but simply dropped us off only to find, that location did not have any cars either and we walked back to the Ritz. The fitness center was wonderful and the spa locker rooms were lovely. Leaving for the airport proved to be stressful when there were not enough Ubers or taxis to accommodate. Over all however, the service was friendly and the location was relaxing.

  Upgraded to Oceanfront view and it was amazing! The hotel was very kid-friendly with heated pool which we enjoyed a lot. And special thanks to Austin who was very friendly when checking in and offered complimentary breakfast which made our stay more memorable.

  Fantastic location, right on the beach. Great hotel but - rooms need some better maintenance. Some doors are not closing etc. It's a first Ritz that did not have porcelain Mugs for coffee in a room (only paper cups). Service is great as always. Ritz standard

  This is the fifth property we’ve stayed at and would not return. The hotel and grounds are beautiful and well kept but the service is extremely poor. We encountered many issues with the service, it’s definitely didn’t feel like a real Ritz Carlton, servers are not friendly and constantly trying to up sell you, you are allowed only two chairs at the beach (which was covered in sea weed), there was no drink service at the beach, the beach recreational activities are run by a separate company who are trying to sell you on everything they have as well. There is an automatic 18% gratuity on everything, even coffee and as a family of four our room with two beds was not big enough. I’d skip this one and stay in Sarasota!
