  Highly Recommended !!! I was a first time Home Buyer and this whole thing was very new and intimidating to me. Steve went above and beyond to make this process comfortable and easy for me. He held my hands every step of the way. He was always available whenever I needed to speak with him. He was honest – forthright and very attentive the whole time. Steve treated me like family. He literally has a genuine sole. I  highly recommend Steve and I would work with him again if I need to in the future.

  We had the pleasure of doing business with Steven and his team at The Revival Group when they funded a single family home purchase in Southern New Jersey. We presented Steven and his team with a lending opportunity on a rental property where we were going to execute a BRRR (buy, renovate, rent and refinance) strategy. They were quick to evaluate the opportunity and give us their commitment. Their responsiveness and questioning let us know that we were dealing with professionals. Their terms were very fair and allowed us to get into the deal quickly and still make a great profit. I can't wait to work with Steven and his team on another project.

  My experience with the Revival team was outstanding. The amount of stress that they alleviated from my personal situation is unmeasurable.   Steve and Rose are as professional and knowledgeable as they come. From the moment I contacted them they worked around the clock to ensure we had the opportunity to explore all of our options at the right prices.
