  As a Realtor I have worked with a lot of lenders and I have to say that Melissa & Bill truly are a "Dream Team". Their customer service sets the bar for all other lenders out there. They offer great products and are extremely knowledgable on all areas of lending (not just renovation loans). I cannot say enough good things about them.
