  When buying our first house as a young adult, I knew absolutely nothing about mortgages.   While the entire process of home buying/refi can be stressful in normal circumstances, it certainly was made easier by these two. You are kept informed throughout the entire process with where your application stands and what is next. I chose them for a refinance based on a referral but went back to them for a second time when I purchased my new home for a mortgage all of my own accord.
